RevMutu is a Revenue Management company which helps Hotels and Resorts to improve their RevPAR. Our aim is to improve RevPAR and GOPPAR for our clients.

Kammelh Kishorre – Founder and CEO

Kammelh founded RevMutu in 2012. He is an alumnus of IHM Pusa,New Delhi – 1999 Batch. He has over 15 years of experience in Hospitality and Revenue Management in Indian and International market. Kammelh has worked with global brands like Forte Group United Kingdom and InterContinental Hotels Group United Kingdom. During his tenure with Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kammelh worked in various roles from single property Revenue Manager to Multi Property Revenue Manager. He was given the opportunity to work with IHG Revenue Development and Training Team to support IHG hotels across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He worked in the capacity of Cluster Revenue Manager for RMH Team based in United Kingdom supporting hotels with Revenue Management. He moved to India and joined The LaLiT Suri Hospitality group as Corporate Revenue Head, Revenue Management and Channel Distribution. Kammelh pioneered a new concept in Revenue Management in India to support hotels improve Revenues and Profits. He is currently supporting over 50 hotels across India and Overseas. Kammelh has a passion for Flying and can talk for hours about Commercial Airlines. He loves to Watch Air Crash Investigation. Unlike everyone in our team, Kammelh stays away from food, because he believes, food slows him down. He Eats to Live and Not Live to Eat.

Koumaal Kapoor – COO

Koumaal is the Chief Operating Officer of Revmutu. Koumaal comes with 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. An astute, responsible and a result oriented individual, Koumaal has a deep understanding of the Front Office, Reservations, Revenue and Sales and Marketing operations after having worked in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Koumaal started her career with The LaLiT Suri Hospitality group and worked at their different properties. Having varied experience in different markets in terms of Front Office and Revenue Management operations, Mumbai came calling soon and Koumaal found herself playing the role of the Assistant Revenue Manager at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. Koumaal’s last assignment was with Hyatt Pune handling Revenue Management and Marketing and Communications for the hotel. Koumaal pursued Bachelors of Hospitality Management from FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management, New Delhi. In her free time Koumaal likes to cook and travel.

Mayank Gautam – Assistant Revenue Manager

A Hotel Management Graduate from IHM- Mumbai batch 2010 with 5 years of Experience in the hospitality industry with the good understanding of Front Office Operations, with room reservations as a major interest. He started his career as a Management Trainee of Sayaji Group of Hotels in Pune. He has also worked for ITC Fortune in Pune. His last position was Reservation Manager with Ramee Grand Pune. His interest to learn more about revenue brought him to Revmutu. He loves to ride bikes, try out new cuisines and playing soccer.

Neha Sharma Das – Assistant Revenue Manager

A simple girl with big dreams. She has completed her graduation in B.Sc. followed by Diploma from Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess training Kolkata. She has 7 years of experience in Hospitality Industry. She started her career with The Sonnet, Kolkata which was a pre-opening project as a Housekeeping desk supervisor. After 1year she got associated with the ITC Fortune Hotel Kolkata for 3 years. Initially as a Front Office Associate and then growing as Front Office Supervisor in the same property. After 3yrs she thought of relocating the city to fulfil her dreams in Revenue field and fortunately got an opportunity to join The O Hotel, Pune as a Reservation Executive followed by becoming an Asst. Reservation & Revenue Manager in her 3yrs career at the same property. Her dreams of learning & exploring more about revenue management bought her to RevMutu . In her free time, she loves to cook, listen to music and watch movies.

Krishna Katre – Assistant Revenue Manager

Krishna, pursued 3 Year Diploma in Hotel Management from Tuli Collage of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Nagpur. He has an overall experience of 6 years with good understanding of Front Office Operations, Room Reservation, Sales & Revenue management. He started his career from Kamat Group of Hotels, VITS Nagpur, also worked with Sahara group of Hotel Aamby Valley, TGB Group of Hotel, Surat . His last position was Asst Revenue/Reservation Manager with The Corinthians Resort & Club, Pune. His interest to learn more about revenue brought him to Revmutu. He is found of cooking, reading and listening to Music.

Urvashi Nanda – HR and ADMIN Executive

Urvashi comes with 6 years of experience having expertise in Operations & Vendor Management. She has started her career with Shangri-La Eros Hotel in Hygiene department. She then moved to Medybiz Pharma as Operations Executive. To Further her career, She moved to Indiamart and worked as Vendor Manager. She has also worked in Faro in Operations Department. Urvashi now joined RevMutu in Hr Department. Apart from Work, She loves travelling, and dancing.

Pritam Singh Tomar – Revenue Executive

Pritam completed his Diploma in Hotel Management from Doon Hotel Management & Tourism Institute, Dehradun. He has an overall experience of 6 years in various roles. Pritam Started his hotel career with SAYAJI Pune, as Assistant Manager Front Office. During this period, he got an exposure to Hotel Operations. Post this he joined Ocean Spray, Pondicherry, as Duty Manager. After 6 years of experience in Hotel Operations, Pritam joined RevMutu to learn Hotel Revenue Management. In his spare time, he like to listen to Bollywood Music and Cooking. He likes gardening to ensure there is enough greenery around him.

Manasa Shetty – Revenue Executive

Manasa completed his Degree in Hotel Management from Welcomegroup Graduate School of Hotel Adminstration, Manipal University in the year 2015. He successfully completed his Industrial Training at Hyatt Regency Mumbai. He was selected for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Graduate Management Associate Program during the college campus, based at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park from July 2015 as a Graduate Management Associate (Level – 3) in Reservations. His passion towards Hotel Revenue Management brought him to RevMutu. During his free time Manasa likes to Read books related to Fiction and Sci-fi. He also enjoys trekking.

Sanket Kale – Revenue Executive

Sanket, self motivated personnel, who is always willing to acquire new things which will sharpen his skills, Sanket has completed his Degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune in year 2013, after successful completion of Industrial training at Le Meridien, Pune and further have work experience of 2.5 years with The O Hotel, Pune with Front Office Operations. During his career with O he was recognized by management for the smart work and awarded as Best Employee for the Year: 2015 and Best employee of the Month: Dec’16. During the tenure at O, Sanket was motivated towards the Revenue Management and found it interesting. His interest towards Revenue Management brought him to RevMutu. Other than this, Sanket loves movies, music, cooking, and passionate about Travelling.

Bhushan Walzade – Revenue Executive

Bhushan, keen observer, sharp and quick learner. Bhushan has completed his degree from Pune University in the year 2013 after successful completion of industrial training in Pune Marriott and Convention Centre. Further have started his carrier with Four Points Sheraton for 1 year in Front Office. He moved to O hotel Pune in Front Office and started handling Front Operations. During his tenure, he got an opportunity to learn various operations in front office started with Reservations, Reception, Revenue Management and was recognised as best employee many times. Bhushan was always fascinated towards Revenue Management and found it very creative. This fantasy of handling and managing the Revenue brought him towards RevMutu. Bhushan loves Watching and playing Cricket during his free time.

Divya Shinde – Revenue Executive

A happy-go-lucky girl, completed her Diploma in Hospitality Travel Management and Customer Service from Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training. Young, dynamic with good communication skills and confidence took her to Hotel Industry, where she worked in The O Hotel Pune for 1 year. Her desire to explore Revenue Management brought her to Revmutu. Apart from work she loves Reading, Dancing, Acting, Beaches, exploring new places and meeting new people.

Arijit Das – Revenue Executive

Arijit did his Diploma in Hotel management from Don Bosco Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology Panjim Goa. He also pursued diploma in Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess/Steward, Hospitality & Travel Management Panjim. He started his career as a GSA in a 3-star Property ‘Marigold Hotel’ in The Panjim city of Goa. From there, he never looked back and on constant progress in his career for over the course of extensive 8 years Arijit has worked with international brands like Ramada Goa, Le Meridien Pune in different hierarchy of Front office. His last experience was The O Hotel, Pune where he was known as a performance-driven Duty Manager with proven experience in world-class hospitality. Apart from his professional life, he is very fun loving and family oriented person who likes to watch and play Cricket. He also keeps keen interest in travelling and partying.

Tanya Singh – Revenue Executive

Tanya comes with 8 years of experience in hospitality industry with well verse knowledge of Front Office operations. Started her career with Ananda in the Himalayas, Rishikesh as Hotel Operation Trainee and moved to Hyatt Amritsar in the year 2009 & then Hyatt Pune as Team Coordinator Front Office in the year 2012. She has also been a part of academics and was a Lecture Front Office with IHM Meerut and her recent assignment was with Aloft Coimbatore (Marriott Hotels Worldwide) where she was Designated as Duty Manager. Her interest towards revenue management brought her to RevMutu, to learn and grow with the company. She enjoys listening to music and playing Badminton.

Usha – Revenue Executive

Usha Post - graduated in Mass Communication in the year 2014 from Makhan Lal National University of Journalism. Her first assignment was working for Regional News Channel as Assistant Producer in Advertising. She decided to move to hospitality industry where she was responsible for Online Advertising on various online channels. During her tenure, she developed interest in Revenue Management. Usha joined RevMutu in the year 2016 and in a very short span of time, she has made significant contribution to the portfolio of hotels she is handling. Usha enjoys listening to Indian Music and Playing Badminton.

Vaibhav – Revenue Executive

Vaibhav completed his Hotel Management degree from Don Bosco College of Hotel Management Mumbai in the year 2014. During his course, he successfully completed his 6 months Industrial Training at Sahara Star, Mumbai. His first working experience was with Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Front Office department. He then moved to Accor Hotels in Pune, gaining an overall experience in Front Office Operations of 3 years. His Passion towards Analysis and Number attracted him to join RevMutu. Vaibhav is passionate about Motorbikes and during his off days and free time he goes out biking.

Priyanka – Revenue Executive

Priyanka completed her Hotel Management from Ann Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Goa. Her First assignment post completing Hotel Management was working as Front Office Associate. She then moved to Fariyaz Lonavala as Front Office Associate. To further her career in hospitality industry she moved to Pune and worked as Front Office Executive with Parc Estique, Pune. She also worked with Orchid Hotel Pune as Guest Relations Executive. Her last assignment was with Ohotel as Guest Relations Manager. Priyanka's passion towards numbers and Analysis brought her to RevMutu. In her free time she likes to watch Bollywood movies and travel to new destinations.
